Colonnes replaces overwhelming task trees with focused columns. Select a task and the next level appears instantly in a new column. Add the child steps to the right column, and keep breaking things down until every task is truly atomic.
We limit this demo at 3 depth level for size reasons.
At each level, you see the selected task along with the tasks before and after it, so the context is always visible in front of you. Because the list is filtered to your current context, even if your project contains 1,000 tasks, you only see what matters for execution.

Colonnes is designed to support task execution. Select your tasks and start a Stack. Colonnes shows a small window that stays visible with the task to do. You always have a reminder of the next action, which increases focus and helps you build momentum.

Instead of being a source of distraction, your smartphone can also display the Stack on your iPhone.
If you need an optional focus boost, you can add a timer to your Stack .
Do you like paper? You can use a thermal receipt printer to print your atomic tasks. This makes your tasks tangible and impossible to ignore.
Privacy is important to us, so we designed software that does not store your tasks in the cloud. Everything stays securely stored on your own device (except for Remote Stack).

What platforms does the software support? Our application runs natively on both macOS and Windows.
How many devices can I activate? Each license allows installation on up to three devices.

The desktop app and cloud service will interoperate for example via import export but remain distinct so you can choose 100 percent local or fully cloud-enabled workflows.
